Responsible for supervising and managing the Medical Representative (MR) team to ensure effective promotion of the company's medical products, increase market share, and achieve sales growth across Mandalay and assigned territories. The role focuses on developing and implementing marketing and sales action plans, building and maintaining strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals, and expanding product prescriptions through effective product promotion and selling strategies. The position also monitors team performance, analyzes sales reports, supports individual target achievement, and identifies business opportunities to drive sustainable market growth.
- Responsible to supervise MR to ensure that to promote medical products effectively to get more market share.
- Daily visit to doctor / clinic / hospital to promote the product and maintain relationship.
- Responsible for calling on practicing physicians, hospitals and other health-related organizations / personnel within an assigned territory.
- Liaise with and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe our products utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis.
- Meeting with doctor and partners developing action plans to increase business.
- Monitor weekly sales report and analyze monthly report.
- Checking and negotiation with team member to fulfils individual achievement.
- Taking care Mandalay and assigned area sales growth.
- Any Bachelor degree, Marketing diploma must have.
- At least 3 years of the Sales & Marketing experience in pharmaceutical / Life Sciences Industry.
- Strong ability to collaborate well with other departments to accomplish the targets.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated and proven sales results.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Able to travel assigned area.
