The successful candidate will play an important role in promoting recruitment solutions and supporting business growth.

1. Identify and approach potential corporate clients and business partners.
2. Promote JFM's recruitment services and introduce the platform to employers.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
4. Arrange client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
5. Support employer onboarding and assist clients in using the platform.
6. Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
7. Achieve assigned business development targets.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or client relationship management. Fresh graduates with strong potential are also welcome.
3. Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
5. Ability to build relationships and work independently.
6. Good command of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
